Procedure

• Final payment check of $25.00 to accompany documentation.
• 2 forms must be notarized by a local notary public before we send out.
• After receipt of documentation creditor has 10 day to dispute.
• When check is cashed creditor has accepted terms of the remedy (they always cash the check).
• Creditor to send response to third party witness/special power of attorney.
• Once 10 day term of dispute is up, Affidavit of Non-Response is sent to the creditor and the process is done!
