We will provide 2 third party/fiduciary notary mailings as a Notary Acceptor or Copy Certification by Document Custodian for $90.00.

  • You will have to get a local notary to notarize your document(s) and send them to me.
  • Will send docs out to the party intended.
  • When the party does not respond to mailing, an Affidavit of Non-Response will be sent to the responder.

 

We will provide 2 certified receipt mailings for this service. If other expedited mailings are needed, the price difference will be added to the total.
